Hofstra Filmmakers Club is an independent group of students that make short films at Hofstra University. Started in 2000 by Brian Amyot, Angel Acevedo and Steven Tsepelas, the club began it's career with films like "The Next Day" and "Beer Run."

Now under the new governing Executive board, Co-Presidents Kyle Milardo and Adrian Saba, Vice President C.J. Erickson, Treasurer Staci Langdon, and Secretary Yana Shif, the club has expanded to over 150 Members. In short, we write, shoot, edit and produce our own short films for presentation at our Winter and Spring Film Festivals.
